I'm not one to usually write a review but I just had to share with the world how life changing the product has been. I'm not a person that loves to mop but I want a clean floor especially for my 9 month old daughter that crawls on the floor daily. This is so easy to use and not only that it cleans the floors so well. Thank you bissell for making my life a little bit easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how I could get along with out it. I am 78 and my husband had recently had open heart surgery. The ease of only one cleaner for my home allowed easy care on floors and easy cleanup. I needed my energy to wait on him. Wish I had gotten it earlier. Mops don't leave the beautiful clean shine and they feel so clean.

I vacuumed the hard wood floor before using this and was truly disturbed by the amount of dirt, grime, and dog hair that I picked up even after vacuuming. No mop or swifter can do what this does. The self cleaning brush is a nice feature which I don't use because I took everything apart to wipe out all of the dog hair. I can't emphasize enough the amount of dog hair this thing found. Very gross, but I'm very satisfied with this gizmo!

Love this CrossWave. It is amazing with cleaning floors. For someone who has a hard time time cleaning floors due to two back surgeries, I'm so glad I found this machine. The cleaning solutions also have great scents.
