[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a small office gym and just can't seem to clean the floor properly. Big gyms have those big electric scrubbers. I don't need anything that big nor could I afford it. Per the advice of a friend we bought the Bissell CrossWave. I absolutely LOVE it. My floors haven't been this clean since we installed them. We don't have any qualms about dropping and doing 20!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If zero stars was an option, I would select it. I was very excited to get this wet dry vac and use it. To my disappointment, it was an expensive waste of money. This item does not work well at all. I do not usually submit reviews, but I feel others need to know what I have experienced before buying this item. The chamber that collects dirt and water does not seat well at all and it can be very difficult to get it back on properly. It does not suction water well at all as it shows in the videos and commercials. The filter clogs very fast even when the floors have very little dirt on them. When the filter is clogged the vac will not suction at all and just blows dirt all over. Please think twice about buying this product. I wish I could return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to get this product. The vacuum was rated very highly by customers. I am very disappointed with the purchase. I used the Crosswave once and it was clogged. I removed unclogged the vaccuum, washed the brush and tried again. The suction is not particularly strong, and it leaves streaks of dirty water across the kitchen floor even if I start with a freshly cleaned vacuum and roller. The Shark Navigator and a steam mop are now my preferences for vacuuming and washing hardwood.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my crosswave to clean up after my 1 and 3 year old. I've never used anything that works as well as this does. I replaced my Hoover floormate and shark navigator with this one lightweight tool that cleans better than those two combined! I had no idea how dirty my area rugs were until i used the crosswave on them and saw what came up.

Would have saved me a lot of trouble in the past. This vacuum does its job and does it well. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and leaves my floors looking fantastic. Rugs get fresh and clean in mere minutes. Tile and hardwood shines. Definitely my favorite vacuum of those that I've used. I'm nothing but happy with it so far!
