The only reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 is because I wish the tanks were a little larger. I highly recommend the crosswave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased since we have a dog and now baby who will be crawling soon, wanted an easy way to mop the kitchen floor. Before I used to be on my hands and scrub, which thought this would provide the same results, but no. Having said that, the water is completely dirty after running it and I feel the clean! Months of dirt that is caked on doesn't come off as easy as I would hoped. Would love a heavy duty brush add on for those jobs, just an idea. This device got me excited to clean and I immediately used it... now only if I can get my wife to use it!!!
