[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had a vacuum or mop that picked up dirt and cleaned the floors like this one. I've cleaned the floors with my mop and thought it was ok. Boy was I wrong. This picks up stuff that I never knew was there. This is one of the greatest purchases I have ever made. 10/10 would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worth it. You know how you will see these new gadgets and wonder to yourself if it is worth it? This is. It does have a learning curve but once you figure it out this vacuum saves you time. I have two dogs and three kids, they are constantly tracking in dirt from our property. Couple tips, it is not like a regular vacuum, pick up the bigger items. Even something smaller like a Q-Tip will get caught. Clean the brush in the tray half way through a large area of the house and always use a clean brush on a carpet! Do not clean hard floors then go to a carpet, I learned that the hard way! Last tip, this isn't a quick fix dust buster type of machine. It's too involved to use it to clean up a small spill but it is great to clean an entire room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've got to admit I was shocked at how loud the machine is when you use it. It's louder than our regular vacuum cleaner is. It don't clean good up against baseboards at all. You have to use your regular mop for that. You have to wear ear plugs to use it it's so loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hardwood floors with area rugs. Every couple of years I would send out the area rugs for cleaning. I used the CrossWave on the dining room floor. I thought the cleanest room in the house as we hardly use it. I did the floor first and once dry I did the area rug. I could not believe the dirt in the dirty water tank, I had to show my husband. The floors look shiny and the rug smells great. I didn't have a smell in the rug to begin with but it just smells fresh. I love, love. love this machine. My daughter in law kept telling me how much she loved it, I personally held off because I didn't want to spend the money, I'm sorry I waited, this is well worth it.
