Use this on the kitchen linoleum. It did a great job. I would have given it 5 stars, except as expressed by others, it does not get close to the mop board. Hope they find a way to improve this. However, it did a great job, left the floor clean & shiny! Love the vacuum plus mopping feature. And it is light enough for me to use (have weight restrictions). Cleaning it up is a bit of a job, but the tray they provide to put the machine & wet roller in is very helpful. The cord was plenty long to get the job done without have to find different outlets. I would buy this again.

Wish I had purchased years ago! My tile and hardwood floors gleam. Easy to operate, assemble, and clean. I can vary the amount of cleaning liquid with the press of the lever. Great machine.

I received the Bissell Crosswave from my daughter this Christmas and no longer need to deal w mops and dirty water. My broom isn't needed because it picks everything up. I have four dogs and three cats. Cat and dog hair are no longer problems. I am 71 years old and have never seen a floor cleaner that comes close to the Bissell. It cleans up dried messes on my hardwood floor within seconds as well as my carpet. It is absolutely the best on the market. My Mom always said, Christmas gifts are what you want, not what you need. She was wrong this time! My pets, my home and myself NEEDED a Bissell Crosswave!!!

Quality easily "SURPASSES" simulated uses but "AT A REDUCED" price underscores quality can come without raising the product price
