I'm a senior with a back issue and this has been wonderful. My floors are clean and I'm not spending all day cleaning. It does a great job. It was easy to put together. It's light weight. I can carry it down the basement stairs myself. I have already recommended this product to my daughter. there's even a sweepstakes you can enter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is amazing!!! I was looking for a vac and mop combo to clean up my kids' kitchen messes. The littlest one loves to splash milk everywhere. It is really hard to get milk and cereal off of the floor with only a wash rag. Many times the milk would leave a film on the floor and this would be after I wiped it up good. Wet cereal is also hard to clean up to. So I bought this vacuum (some assembly required; not hard) and it works amazingly!! I use it even between my deep house cleans. It is wonderful on area rugs and car mats (little to low pile; I haven't tried thicker area rugs). My area rug at the back door looks brand new when I use this vacuum on it. My expensive canister vacuum can't get it as clean as this machine! I used it on my car mats (along with their upholstery cleaner) and my car mats are cleaner than ever!! In both dirty canisters there was plenty of solid dirt in the bottom. One down fault is the dirty canister isn't big but it does have a stopper when it becomes full to let you know it needs emptied (you know, when you get lost in cleaning). Just empty and go again!! I looked at the shark version but the pads turned me off... I don't want to keep buying one time use pads. Also this machine is really easy to clean!!! It comes with a storage/self cleaning tray. You place water in the shallow part. Then set the vacuum in the tray and turn it on. This makes washing/rinsing the brush easier! Oh and I didn't mention it comes with 2 brushes!! Also the tray comes with an attachment where you can store/air dry the brushes too!! After cleaning the brush, dump both tanks out. Clean the dirty one really well and air dry all parts before assembling it. I also wipe off where the brush is located. A simple paper towel does the trick. Easy easy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this thing!! I have hardwood floors everywhere, 3 kids, and a golden retriever. Sweeping & then mopping the old fashioned way took me around an hour plus lots of back pain and I can do it daily with the kids & dog. The Crosswave cuts my time in less than half & gets the floors super clean. I highly recommend it & love it so much. I may or may not have used it daily the first week just because I thought it was amazing!
