[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this machine. Have only used it twice and the second time I had major issues with leaking. It was leaking dirty water and I'm not sure why. I cleaned everything very well the first time and put it all back together properly. I used the trouble shooting suggestions on the website and am hoping that next time it'll be resolved.
