[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yall this Bissell crosswave is of the chain. I knew I moped my floors and yet my grandchildren's socks would always be dirty on the bottom. So I watched video after video and decided to purchase this product. I could not believe my eyes when I saw what came up off my floor or how brown the water was. True story..my husband came home from work after I had done the living room floor..he said I never noticed this floor had gray in it. That's a big deal a man noticed.

Bought for spouse, she has used it once and loved it. Dark tile floor and no streaks using the Bissell soap that came with it. Only complaint was it didn't get the edges. Cleaning, drying processes was tedious...

Wow!!! So I kept on looking for an alternative to the nasty Swifer and lackluster Dyson. My floors get super dirty! The cross wave really vacuums! Has a lot of suction and scrubs well, too. It leaves my white floors nearly spotless. This is corded so you get infinite power and maximized cleaning ability. It does get most edges. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a combo product. Worth the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does not have enough power to suck up the dirty cleaner out of a short pile rug. It discharges the cleaner and there it stays in the rug. It does work ok except fire pine needles.
