[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it for some carpet staining. The water came out dirty so obvously some dirt was picked up but the stains did not totally remove and the area around the stains have what looks like water stains around the area

Hi Mark - this machine is designed for rugs and hard floors so it may not be the best solution for carpet spots. Check out one of our upright carpet cleaners for better results like our ProHeat 2X Revolution. I use it for cleaning salon floors for my cleaning company. It does clean okay for the most part. The bad part is that the water return reservoir is smaller than the cleaning solution tank. I have to empty the tank to often, taking me even longer to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw the reviews on streaking and I haven't noticed that. I use it on tile and laminate. I press the fluid trigger on forward passes and release on backward passes and it works well. Much better than a standard mop.

The container that should get the dity water was dry and all the dity water was still on the ground. Very disappointed. plan to return to the store tomorrow.

Worst vacuum I have ever purchased. As much as this cost, I expected it to work AT LEAST like a normal vacuum. This does not pick up anything in my kitchen. It just pushes the stuff across the floor. Also, no matter how much I clean the parts, it still stinks. And then causes my whole house to smell bad. I am honestly shocked that this thing is so expensive. I would like my money back.

Hi Kathi - the CrossWave isn't a dry vacuum so it doesn't work the same way. It's designed to vacuum and mop at the same time. It sounds like your machine is clogged and really needs to be cleaned.
