[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. I used to use a Bona floor mop but all it did was push dirt around but machine works great. Leaves your floor shiny and clean and cleaning waist container and cleaning brush is super easy.It's a bit pricey but worth it

I decided to start 'deep cleaning' and my husband bought me this Bissell, after the first swipe of the kitchen, I am sooo embarrassed! Look at the photo! After getting through the whole house, my floors look amazing and I will not use anything else.

I thought I was getting my floors clean by mopping, but was I surprise when I used the CrossWave cleaning machine for the first time and how much the mop was not picking up to clean the floors. I very satisfied that I bought the CrossWave cleaning machine and would purchase another one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle is long enough that I don't have to stoop to use it. The handle and the cleaning head both pivot, so you can clean under furniture and in small areas like between the toilet and tub. It is easy to use, and I clean the carpeting in the bedrooms that get really dirty from frequent walking. I find it works best when I use the drying method they recommend. Every few times I just use hot water to prevent build up of the cleaner on the tile. The first time you use it you might find there is a ton of "gunk" to clean out of the unit. This merely reveals how much dirt is on your floor. It gets easier to clean every time you use it.
