Use weekly to clean hardwood floors; shampoo carpets of doggy accidents. Feel more comfortable fostering 4 more dachshunds plus my personal 3 "Weiner" dogs. Sometimes the fosters were rescued from a poor situation and haven't been house trained. It's the foster's job to get the foster's house trained and ready for adoption. This is where the Cross Wave excels! VOLUNTEER CANINE RESCUE...SOMETIMES HEART BREAKING AND SOME TIMES SO REWARDINF. DACHSIE DAD VICE PRESIDENT, DAKOTA DACHSHUND RESCUE.

This Wet Dry Vac is the best investment I have made in quite awhile. My house is 5,000sf with no carpet. The majority of my floors are white painted pinewood and the remaining are dark pine as well as tile in a sunroom. When I first got the CrossWave, I cleaned the entire house. My floors were beautiful. I keep a very clean house so I was shocked at the dirt picked up by the CrossWave and shocked at the number of times I had to empty the cannister. This Vac has incredible suction. It also cleaned my area rugs superbly. My floors and rugs still looked clean several weeks later. My only regret is that I didn't purchase the CrossWave sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My apartment is mostly hardwood, with medium-pile carpet in the bedrooms. The crosswave has been great for cleaning both surfaces. I can see how you may run into issues if you don't clean all the parts after using, but all of the pieces are easy to clean. Only challenge is removing hair that gets wrapped around the brush. This is my first Bissell product and overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. Would recommend to others!

I love being able to clean the vacuum because I feel like it will last longer. I just don't like having to clean it after each use. However, it is very easy to take apart to clean.

This product clogs so fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product leaves dirty water all over my floor even after cleaning it. I bought it because i have 4 children and a dog i need cleaning to be quick and efficient. I am very dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend as a all in one cleaner. As a hard surface vacuum it works well but as for moping i would choose something different.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you're trying to clean heavy dirt, hair or debris from your floors, try using the area rug setting as it releases more water and formula on the brush when you squeeze the trigger.
