[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum won't even suck up the water it puts out, just pushes it around on the floor forever unless you have all day. Don't waste your time or money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not paid to write this review. My Crosswave is amazing, a game changer! I am so impressed I cannot say it enough. Our hardwood floors are almost 30 years old. The dirt that came out of the crevices and such was really gross. I cleaned it until the water was clearer initially, 3 passes. Since then I just run it one pass and, clean! We have a lot of foot traffic in and out from my grandchildren. I could not believe how clean the Bissell Crosswave got it and how much OTHER products I used were barely cleaning. I then used it on my area rug and again, clean! I am so impressed with this Crosswave. It is also SO easy to use. It comes apart so easy for cleaning, well thought out design. And my weekly cleaning is a snap; just press the button for the floors and then press the button to switch over to the area rugs. I have been telling everyone I know about it!
