Fantastic machine. Mops floors so well since the rotating brush gives a little scrub action to the mop. Such a time saver that it vacuums and mops at the same time. So easy to use and to keep clean. Don't expect the carpet cleaning aspect to replace a deep carpet steam clean though. The only down side to this is the vacuum cleans right to the edge of a floor but the mop only cleans to maybe 2cm from the wall/side. If they could change that this would be perfection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my Crosswave about half a dozen times since I bought it. No matter how dirty or clean my floors were, they looked wonderful after I was finished. I have used this both with the cleaner/water mixture as well as dry and the only qualm I have is that I have to take it completely apart after each time to clean the junk so it doesn't get all gunked up. So it's a little time consuming, but all in all it's great for what it's supposed to do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is simply the best. I think these people that rated it poorly had some user error. I've owned 3 now. All work wonderfully. I've never owned the cordless. Yes. You have to clean it. Yes. It will clog - just like anything. Easiest clean ever. Great pick up. Makes mopping a breeze. I use it as a dry vacuum. I just change the roller used. I only use it on low rugs or low carpet. I LoVe this thing. Bought one for everyone in the family. Best mop ever. And super easy to use and clean.
