[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it for some carpet staining. The water came out dirty so obvously some dirt was picked up but the stains did not totally remove and the area around the stains have what looks like water stains around the area
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Mark - this machine is designed for rugs and hard floors so it may not be the best solution for carpet spots. Check out one of our upright carpet cleaners for better results like our ProHeat 2X Revolution. I have area rugs throughout my home due to having a disable dog that can't walk on slick floors so it would be at least an hour long process to clean everything. After getting my bissell if has become a 15 minute process and my floors look clean than every! Highly recommend this to everyone!
