[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CrossWave has changed my life. The entire first floor of our house is laminate. I've tried many types of mops but they just pushed the dirt around. I tried a steam cleaner and it left terrible streaks and did not remove the dirt. Prior to getting the CrossWave, the only way to really clean the floor was to vacuum it and then scrub it on my hands and knees and it was a giant, painful job that didn't get done very often because it was torture. After using the CrossWave, my floors have never been so clean, streak-free, and shiny. I needed this machine decades ago but I am very, very happy I have it now. Thank you, Bissell!

I am pretty satisfied with the crosswave. I love that I can vacuum and mop at the same time, especially since I have ALL hardwood floors - I was not looking forward to doing two rounds of floor care! If there is a spot that has been on the floor for a while, I still have "deep clean" that spot to get all of it to come up. But overall - loving it!

It picks up the dust, dirt and dirty water, but puts down clean water for the next pass. It is easy to clean once the job is done. One large container of cleaning solution cleaned a very dirty white rug and the hardwood floor beautifully.
