As soon as this bad boy came home I went to town! I was amazed that it came with not only sample cleaning solution but FULL size bottles as well. I used it on the entry area rug first and wow! The water was black and I went for round two and the water came cleaner that time around. It takes patience to get the rugs clean, but who wants to rush cleaning anyhow? I was expecting to have to hang the rugs up to dry and to my disbelief they were dry very shortly. I love this machine :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works very well on hard surfaces. Forget all of the other similar products like robots, swifters and mops! The corded version works better and no worries with the battery go low or dying out in the middle. I wish the roller was easier to change out. Also, I'm not sure what other cleaning liquids I may be able to use in the tank other than their own proprietary product Bissell sells. No offense to them, but it would be nice to have some alternatives.

I really wanted to love this machine. The biggest draw back for me is that the roller doesn't reach to the baseboards or area rugs, leaving a 1" noticeable perimeter of uncleaned floor around everything. The wheels also leave marks on the floor after drying if you don't go over a few times without water. The idea is great, but it's just not quite there.
