I use it all the time. It makes mopping, and scrubbing fun. My daughter-in-law Borrows it too. I'm going to have to get her one. So easy to clean too! Thank you for making cleaning fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I been using the crosswave I have been noticing when floor dries it has wheel marks and brush marks everywhere. I have tried doing it different ways it still leaves marks. Have to go behind with my spin mop which is frustrated. My daughter brought a steam vac it does the same thing . Then can't get close to baseboards have to mop around base boards.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had professionally cleaned, shampooed it ourselves twice to no avail. I pretreated with spot remover (again) then used this sweetheart to see what would happen. Nothing ventured, nothing gained? Worked like a CHARM! Stains GONE! Now, i'm going to sell my 2 Dyson vacuums and buy a Bissel!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so upset. I'm on my hands and knees scrubbing my floors again. First, the cleaning solution stopped dispensing. I had to use a spray bottle instead. I was "okay" with that. But now the suction isn't working. Ridiculous. I can't find any solution to the problem on your website. Unless I want to go through hundreds of pages trying to troubleshoot. So disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have cheaper laminate floors that are prone to warping. This machine is fantastic! Be sure to follow all directions and take care of it. If you do, no streaks, no residue. My floors have never been cleaner! I go back over wet areas without dispersing solution to dry faster and ensure no streaks are visible. If you have excessive pet hair, either vacuum with a regular vac first or just make sure you keep the machine clean. Sometimes the dirty water can get a little gross but not a big deal.

This product is amazing! Took me about 2 minutes to put it together and learn to use. My floors are visibly cleaner after just one use. It is so satisfying to empty the dirty water knowing that the dirt is no longer sitting on the floor! Clean up is easy and only takes about 10 minutes at most. I like to clean it after every use and sit the parts out to dry. So happy with this purchase! If you're on the fence, trust me, go with yes!!
