DISAPPOINTED! This is nearly a 300$ purchase and it 100% does not hold its standards: I have beveled tile flooring and it just didn't get the job done. We had to use a scrub sponge for stuck on food and the wet swiffer sweeper after and let me tell you there was plenty of dirt left over. For anyone wondering my floors were NOT FILTHY, just average weekly dust and dirt. The carpet setting was even worse I didn't notice a difference really but I was hoping it at least eliminated the dust. I would say if you have hard wood flooring this may work better but be aware your floors are not clean. I challenge you to try the swiffer wet mop and see for yourself like I did! I wanted this to work really badly to safe time! But I will stick to my 24.99 Swiffer it hasn't let me down yet! Even gets the stuck on stuff with a few pushes! BTW refills for the mop are not as expensive as the fancy soap the Bissell requires!

At first it was cleaning so well. I always have pets that I adopt and accidents at first are normal. I am thinking of getting one without the cord but I am worried if it lasts for me. Heavy vacuums are difficult to go up the stairs. I need to be the test person for them, really. I use it every day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What sucks about it is that u have 2 hold the trigger 4 soap solution the entire time, which is a pain. Having a button or something 2 hold the trigger down would b SOOOO much easier. & the light that comes on when u press the trigger is hard 2 see in the daytime, so im constantly focusing on seeing if its coming on or not.

Brush bearings melt after some time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved it when I got it. But realized that the parts are not as sturdy as they seem. The brush cover piece broke. After a while I couldn't figure out why my brushes didn't spin even though I cleaned out the vacuum really well. Looking deeper into the mechanism and after going through multiple brushes once every week - I realized that the brush bearings will melt away after using the vacuum one time. I was only able to mop in intervals of 15 mins which is annoying cause it takes away the whole day of cleaning.
