[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Listen! I have OCD. I used to take medicine for it because it was so bad. My house HAS to be clean at ALL times or I have horrible anxiety. We do not wear shoes in my house either. It's my husband and I, and our 7 year old daughter and our little 4 pound morkie. (Does NOT shed at all) Our mop has been a swiffer for many years. I am 8 months pregnant and it just really hurts my back to mop right now. So I saw everyone talking about this and was like "hey! Let's try it. It will be easier on my back" In NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM was I buying it to make my house "cleaner". BUT OMG!!!! My husband and I about fainted when we saw how dirty the water was! ESPECIALLY because we had just mopped the day before! So, if you think your floors are clean and you don't need this, YOU ARE WRONG! Everyone needs to own the cross wave!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love this product. Hopping it will last. The motor that runs the brushes burns out. I must always get lemons as I am on my fourth one in 5 years. Got one replaced by warranty , one I got a refurbished product and just bought a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a year ago, after using it several times on my laminate floor. I noticed every time I use it the roller is never wet??? It squirts water out and vacuums it up, but shouldn't the roller be wet after cleaning the whole floor??? My brush is NEVER wet????? What is the purpose of the roller brush if it doesn't get wet???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is just OK. Not what I was expecting. The cleaner is very small in size. It seems like it does not suck up the water once it is sprayed out for cleaning, which means the dirty water basically just sits on the floor. I have a few more plush area rugs that the Bissell does not go over on well. It snagged one of my nicer carpets. I am keeping the cleaner for now because it's the only one that I have, but I will be looking for something that does a better job in the near future.
