Not happy with product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great as long as you do not use water. It sends it out but does not pick it up, therefore, leaving dirt streaks. I clean it out totally after each try, and it picks up very little water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I excitedly bought this thinking the days of scrubbing my floors by hand would be done. I was very wrong. This is like having your toddler mop your floor, you still have to go back & do a better job yourself. I wiped my floors with a white paper towel after I went over them twice & they were still filthy. It's too late to return it but I wish I could get my money back. Don't waste yours.

Great concept, works great, just doesn't work long

My mother initially bought one and loved it. I jumped on board and bought one and my son bought one for his house. We all have tile floors with a few throw rugs around the house. Not one of these three Crosswave's lasted a year. I think it may be a faulty switch as they just stopped turning on. I wouldn't spend the money to try again, but absolutely loved how well it cleaned and the concept of sweeping and mopping at the same time is wonderful, an absolute game changer for our busy lives. I hope they can get this product to last longer!

This product clogs so fast!

I bought it because i have 4 children and a dog i need cleaning to be quick and efficient. I am very dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend as a all in one cleaner. As a hard surface vacuum it works well but as for moping i would choose something different.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really really wanted to love this vacuum. It sucked well and seemed fun, initially. A month later I realized just how much work it was going to be to keep using it. I've had it now since 2020. The last cleaning took an hour. To be clear I was cleaning the vacuum, not the carpet. Due to the design and the swivel area, hair and funk and lord knows what else gets stuck in this elbow. I made the error of not checking the elbow before vacuuming our master bedroom last week. WHOA the smell was awful. The stench was in every room and took opening all the windows and putting all 3 air purifiers on high to get the odor to dissipate after an hour. After thoroughly cleaning every part of the vacuum and finally finding something to push out the clump from the elbow I was able to vacuum again. Well, that's until it started making noises like it was gasping for air. I'm now looking for a new vacuum. Such a bummer.
Cons: Difficult to Push, Extremely Loud, Frustrating, Poor Design, Requires Extensive Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two dogs. A long hair and a short hair. I vacuum my home about 4 times a week. Our house is definitely lived in. 2 kids 2 dogs and a active family. It takes me about 20 min to vacuum my house and 20 min to clean out the vacuum. The dog hair gets stuck in the tube to were the dirt deposits and then will stop sucking up the hair and dirt in your house. If you have no dogs and no dirt in your house, this might be for you. If you do anything ever and have dogs DO NOT BUY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never really write reviews, and when I do they're usually positive ones only. But man I messed up buying this vacuum! We bought it last year after I begged for it due to the reviews I saw and YouTube videos, and I regret it everyday. Only reason I haven't thrown It away is because I'm a stay at home mom and we don't have money to be throwing away expensive items. Used it 2 times a week before having a baby and the suction worked for 1 month. If I could get rid of it I would, but my husband would be truly disappointed. I pretend I'm using it by sweeping the carpets and mopping , which defeats the whole purpose of owning this ♀️ Hopefully next year I'll feel less bad telling him it gave out or something. Just don't do it.
