My floors have never been cleaner

My tiles looked clean, but they weren't until now. My area rug was a breeze to clean. The machine is light and easy to carry or move. Cleanup is easy.
Pros: Easy to use, Good for Deep Cleaning, Good for Light Cleaning, Multi-Surface Usage

No more dirty water on the floor or my hands. The vacuum saves time because it's no longer necessary to vacuum then mop - it's all done at the same time.

Cons: Smoke started poring out of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like this on my laminate flooring. It's left streaks and a dull finish. Could be the Bessel cleaning solution. I had to go over all the floors with my Swiffer wet jet to get any shine or non streaking. Did good on my carpets.
