[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dual purpose vacuum and hard floor mop. It was easy to assemble and easy to clean between uses. It's lightweight and moves easily across the floor. The vacuum works great on hard floor surfaces and the mop cleans the floor with just a couple of quick passes. We are happy with the purchase and would recommend to a friend. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spend more time cleaning the bissell crosswave than I do cleaning my floors. Also, if you don't have enough time to clean it out right away it only gets worse. I almost vomited cleaning it out after a day.

Whole house is tile. After using Cross Wave, there are streaks all over the house. Each time I use it I use less shampoo hoping that will help, but it doesn't. Doesn't even look like I cleaned it.

Do not buy! Especially if you have pets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to use on my hardwood floors and area rug and yikes it is so poorly made! First off it does not do well with pet hair so I have to swifter and vacuum before I can even use this. Second the bottom on the machine traps dirt so when you clean an area rug it smudges dirt all over your rug. I gave this machine multiple chances as I thought I was using it wrong but nope after watching videos and reading Instructions I found the machine itself just sucks. When cleaning my area rug it took about an hour because I had to constantly clean the machine as I went to avoid spreading dirt. It is a pain to clean since the bottom has multiple screw holes that dirt gets trapped in. Basically it was MUCH easier to sweep, vacuum and mop my floors separately than to use this. I do not recommend and will not buy another product.

I never use it, it's always leaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish that I never bought this vacuum, every single time it leak dirt was back over the floor. You can clean this vacuum until your eyes are blue it still leaks. I even tried let my son clean it and attempted to figure it out and he's an engineer but he says it vacuums great. The only problem with that is I didn't buy a vacuum. This is a very expensive vacuum and I promise you I don't use it. Ever time I walk by the other vacuums that does work I get upset all over again because I should have gotten another brand. Please don't be like me it leaks it leaks it leaks try a different one.

First one was cordless...could get my large floor done before the battery need to charge It only worked for a couple seasons Reviews said don't leave plugged in on the station for long periods of not using nowhere did it say that in instructions...2nd one I chose one with a power cord

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several different floor cleaning products and I was so excited for this one. What a disappointment! My floors looked awful after. Did not feel it was doing much cleaning of the wood floors. It leaks and you have to completely take apart and clean after each use. Not to mention I would find more when cleaning the machine than in the dirty water compartment. I will stick with my steamer that leaves my floors looking shiny and clean for half the cost.

This vacuum RUINED my floors. i literally feel like crying. i bought this vacuum because i just moved into a new home and thought it would be hrrat fir my area rugs and my hard wood floors. i was wrong !! they scratched up my floors, left white stains that i cant get rid off. i am so upset. brand new home floors RUINED after one use . i hate bissell . will never buy again. will be returning
