[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to clean my hard word floors. For this purpose, I have been very pleased. It also is intended for cleaning carpets. When I used it for this purpose I was very disappointed. The machine became so clogged with carpet fibers that the dirty water tank was completely empty after cleaning five carpets. I will not bother to use it on carpets again. But look forward to having cleaner hard wood floors because of this machine.

Clogs easily, a mess using mop feature

I purchased this after watching the infomercials on several occasions. The reality is the machine does NOT effectively mop without clogging. Pet hair and water do not mix as the vacuum continually clogs, making a mess after every attempt to mop. We even tried thoroughly vacuuming the home before using the mop feature but experienced the same problem. We now use it as a dry (expensive) vacuum only m, however, the cylinder still easily clogs and must be vigilantly checked. This machine was not worth the money spent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a vaccuum and mop that gets into the grout of my ceramic tile floors! I have dogs and this was a problem. And because it dries so fast, I don't need to lock my dogs up all afternoon.

I bought a CrossWave 2 years ago and I just LOVE LOVE it! I am a clean freak and this surpasses my expectations. I no longer have to get on my hands and knees to clean the floor. I can not say enough about this cleaning tool. I am very impressed with the Bissell products that I am now going to buy a steamer to clean my shower.
