[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not think my floors were so dirty until I used this machine. It's amazing the dirt and hair that it picks up! I volunteer at a cat sanctuary and this was where I first used the Crosswave and had to have it for my home. Everyone at the cat sanctuary is purchasing this. You can go from floor to carpet or area rug all in one use! It's truly amazing and leaves everything clean (and I mean CLEAN) and fresh smelling.
Pros: Deep cleaning, Easy to use, Lightweight, Pet Cleanup, Quick cleanup, Removes pet odor, Removes Stains and Spots, Would Recommend
Cons: Area Rugs, Carpet, Hardwood Floors, High Traffic Areas, Living Room, Multi-Surface, Small Spaces, Tile Floors

The self cleaning feature is a joke. I spend more time picking up dirt balls the machine sheds as I am using it. And, the cleaning mode? I have to take it off the dock, stick my finger down the openings to clear the particles out, dismantle the collection container then rinse everything so there is no particles left behind. I feel dirty once I am done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has to be thoroughly scrubbed down and cleaned totally after EVERY SINGLE USE. It is not easy to clean the canister that the dirty water goes into. I hate it. The part that it sits in to clean the brush broke. I've had a carpet cleaner for years, and the one before was Bissell I love those products. Nothing has been good with this stupid thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It okay. They give you a trail size of the multi floor cleaner. I still had to get on my hands and knees to get the floor as clean as I wanted. So now that I've done that, hopefully this gadget will not allow the dirt to set in. Finger crossed on this expectation! Is it worth the money I'd say no. It worked ok on my hardwood floors. But my linoleum kitchen and tile bathroom floors I'll give it two stars. They also place the barcode to register the product in the most difficult place to see that information.

It's best to use a different vacuum first and then use this...will last longer and won't have as much gunk in the main discard container...
