Have used this multiple times, hoping that it would become better. It didn't. Every time I had to swiffer afterwards. Biggest disappointment ever!!

This is sad because I love the product. Note this was a first time usage. Clearly the product is unusable. This was the 3rd Bissell product I have owned, never any problems

If I had to choose between this and my husband, I'd choose the CrossWave. It's pretty loud, but this thing is absolutely amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very hard to clean the vacuum after use which leads to it having an odor. There are no hose attachments which makes it difficult to clean floor edges/fans/walls/etc. For the price, I wish it worked better. Really regret buying it.
Cons: messy, No hose attachments, Not good for pets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this product a couple years ago for our tile floors. It doesn't clean the floors. Puts down a lot of water/solution. Little to no suction to remove water from floor. Bought replacement brushes/parts even though the ones that came with it were not damaged or worn. Just trying anything to get it to work. Both me and my wife have tried everything we can think of. Our two housekeepers over that time frame have had no luck. It basically just makes noise, puts down a lot of water and dilutes the spill or dirt on the floor. Doesn't actually remove dirt or clean floor. Just spreads the mess around.
Cons: Little to no suction to pick up water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
