Love the way it cleans and vacuums at the same time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the Bissell Crosswave for the first time today. My floors have never been cleaner. Loved the convenience of vacuuming and mopping at the same time. Before I would sweep then take a rag and bucket of water and would wash then dry the floor using a combination of duck walking and on my knees. This product makes cleaning so much easier and definitely cleaner. Still have to mop small places, like around the commode and areas the Bissell won't fit.
Pros: Deep cleaning, Easy to use, Lightweight, Removes Stains and Spots, Would Recommend
Cons: Hardwood Floors, High Traffic Areas, Tile Floors

Don't buy if you have pets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clogs after every single use. Have had to take it apart multiple times to clean it. We have two cats so yes we have a lot of hair around, but this vacuum doesn't even try to pick anything up. And the "hardwood floor mop" is just a joke.
Cons: Clogs immediately, Doesn't work as a mop, Soaks hardwood floors
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No one mentions how stinkin' hard it is to remove the plastic cover so you can get the roller off. Some people have arthritis in their hands and there is only a small hole to pull up on. Am I the only one having problems? Even my husband had a hard time getting it off. Other than that it works great.

Imagine my disappointment when I realized it didn't hug the baseboards and left about a 2 inch gap all around the rooms I cleaned. Sure you can run the cleaner head first into the baseboards and get closer, that's a lot of extra attention to just have to get the broom and mop anyway. However, worked beautifully on my area carpets WOW! AWESOME. Then after my divorce I discovered the new one claiming better edge edge and less scattering of debris. So, being the forever believer I bought it. IT IS A LOT BETTER, BUT WBY CANT YOU GET JUST A LITTLE MORE AMPAHE FOR SUNCTION. FOR THAT MSTTER MAKE ONE VERSITILE ENOUGH TO HAVE ACCESSORIES LIKE A WAND TO GET THE FURNITURE OR DUSTING IN THOSE HARD TO REACH AREAS. AM I REALLY ASKING FOR TOO MUCH? I LOVE cleaning my home, I just wish I didn't have to have a whole dang room just for cleaning equipment. So, I have 2 Bissell crosswaves. , an upright vacuum, a portable hand-held vacuum, a shampooer, mop, buckets, sponge mops, floor dusters/buffers swifter x 2, dust pans. Etc... The fact that Bissell has helped so many pets,and that takes the sting out of any disappointments I may have. I just know 1 day they will put that DREAM MACHINE" ON the market, and blow all the doubters minds! I am HERE FOR THAT. ABSOLUTELY! I RECOMMEND THEM NOW, I JUST HONSTLY GIVE MY TIPS AND TRICKS FOR THAT UP CLOSE EDGE C.EANING. IT DOES IT JOB ! PERIOD!!
Pros: Good attempt. IT does what it advertises, Great concept, a machine doing 2 tasks at once,
Cons: Cleans area rugs very well, Sadly doesn't allow for vacuuming of upholstery, The crosswave falls short, You will still need the mop & bucket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so upset. I'm on my hands and knees scrubbing my floors again. First, the cleaning solution stopped dispensing. I had to use a spray bottle instead. I was "okay" with that. But now the suction isn't working. Ridiculous. I can't find any solution to the problem on your website. Unless I want to go through hundreds of pages trying to troubleshoot. So disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to buy this vacuum because of the positive reviews. The first two times I used it went well, although the smell it produces was awful. Since then it has been downhill. All it does is push around cat hair into clumps I need to pick up after by hand. It also leaves very noticeable white streaks everywhere. The smell seems to get even worse. I truly hate everything about this vacuum and regret buying it.

Vacuum suction power is very minimal and the cleaning liquid was extruding out of the unit after it's been in use for a short period of time. It would suck up the excess fluid. I'm returning it for a full refund.
