I love the BISSELL Crosswave all in one multi surface wet dry vac. It has made my life so much easier, when it comes to cleaning ALL the floors in our house. One machine allows both vacuuming and mopping with a push of a button. What a great idea they've come up with on this one. The floors have never looked or smelled better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to have this machine delivered and it does what it says it can do. It vacuums the floor, it scrubs and cleans the water but it is very heavy to use. I know I'm old, but it just seems too difficult for a senior to use. I bought it because as a senior I needed an easier way to clean my floors but now I'm not so sure.

It helps me with saving time that it normally would take me to sweep and then mop my floors. Also love how much better of a clean my floors get so easy to use and I would highly recommend this product! Especially having two boys and two big dogs in the house. This is a must have!
Pros: Easy to use, Good for Deep Cleaning, Good for Light Cleaning, Multi-Surface Usage

We really liked this floor cleaner while it worked, however the bearings went on the motor after one year's use. Unfortunately nobody in the U.S. has been able to manufacture anything like the great quality floor surface cleaners they have in Europe. Hopefully somebody will cease the opportunity as it is becoming a very needed household appliance in the U.S.
Pros: Was very happy with how it cleaned.
Cons: Didn't last very long, considering the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swept and mopped my floor twice before using this. The amount of dirt and hair it still picked up was amazing. Had part of my floor that no matter what I did was brown but not anymore. Only thing I don't like is how it doesn't go up to the wall as close as I thought.
