[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Cross Wave. It was recommended from a friend who has a pet, we do not. It cleans beautifully on our wood floor, without leaving too much moisture and great for our LVT, Luxury Vinyl Tile. I plan to use it also on floor rugs to save from washing in a machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does not pick up hardly any of the dirty water from the floor. Whenever I clean the floor, I expend a lot of solution only to find mere teaspoons being returned to the dirty water reservoir. The solution itself leaves a haze on the tile.
Pros: Lightweight
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had it for more than a year yet bought a different vacuum months ago. Overall very disappointed with many aspects of the product unfortunately because I really did want to like it!
Cons: Cannot mope and vacuum all at one time, Doesn't work well on carpet or rugs, Pushes dirt around more than it picks up, Takes a lot of time clean it every use

Sorry but can't really think of something that is great about this product. I truly wish I had not spent the money on it The vacuum basically is not worth anything I might as well vacuum the room prior to trying to clean it with the mopping if you have something sticky on the floor it will be that way after you wash it. You have to be very careful which product you put in it especially for hardwood floors otherwise you get a very dull finish. This machine Definitely fits the statement TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE
Pros: Good for Light Cleaning
Cons: Floor will still be sticky after washing sticky, Long Heating Time, Noisy, Not Enough Pressure, Rollers jam if dirt is bigger than a crumb, Short Run Time Before Refill, Vacuum barely picks up crumbs

I live in a senior residential community. They clean my room every 2 weeks, but my floors were looking worse and worse every week. I bought the cross wave so I could do my own floors. What a difference. I am very pleased with the results. I wish I had gotten the cordless version, as I am using it while using my power chair and the cord can get in my way. I like it so much that I ordered a second one to give to my sister for Mother's Day.

I had high hopes for this product to clean some of my area rugs. The crossover did not clean my rugs as a matter of fact it just spread the dirt around and made the rug look dirtier. Tried a second time but no better. Ended up renting one Well I am glade I have tile floors hope it works better on them
