I absolutely loved my Bissell Crosswave. Used it 3-4 times a week. Easy to use. Cleaned my tile floor beautifully. Amd did a great job on my carpets to refresh them. I loved it so much I purchased one for my daughter as a home warming present. BUT 1 day before it 2 years, it stopped working. Needless to say, I am very upset. As you may all know' these bissells are not cheap and for it to only last 2 year is a waste of money. I am looking for something to replace my crosswave, but not sure what with yet. I want to make sure the next wet vac floor cleaner last more the 2 year. And that is why i only gave it a 1 star. Otherwise it would have been a 5 start. But the long term value it very important when spending money on a vaccum.
Pros: Easy to use, Good Power Output, light
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a few floor types in my house...tile, shiny tile, wood and hardwood. Most all have an area rug of some sort as well. It is a nightmare and has been for years to do the floors as there are multiple machines involved. It's back breaking. I saw the crosswave cordless and started my research. Upon seeing that you only had a 30 minute run time for a 4 hour charge, I looked into the corded one. I mean I'm trying to not break my back and racing a clock trying to clean didn't sound appealing to me. The only difference in comments that I saw was that the corded one did not get close to the baseboards and the cordless did. This was not a big concern to me, so after debating for a few days, I dove off the cliff and purchased the corded one. Days went by and my excitement to receive a cleaning machine kinda made me sad as there are many more things I could be excited about, but ya know it is what it is. The day of delivery finally came and I opened it like a Christmas gift and went to work. Oh my goodness!!!! I had no idea my floors were as dirty as the tank told me!! You will pull things up that they usually only show on infomercials. Be prepared to grab a grocery bag before you dump the dirty water as I have only one dog, but the muck mixed with the water is what nightmares are made of. The next few times I used it, things got better. That is until I attached the area rug brush. I am wondering why I even plug in the vacuum! The shiny tile I mentioned is in my master bath. Now this tile has had to be hand washed like you see in Cinderella because it streaks so bad. Not anymore! It also has the capability to not leave the floors sticky as they are regularly covered in hairspray I read many reviews and I hope this one will help someone make a decision to purchase one as my life is much easier now.

I would Not buy this product again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hardwood floors throughout my home and two area rugs. I find it very difficult to vacuum the rugs and usually have to use two hands. It constantly clogs up in the tube where the debris and water go. There is always debris under the filter as well. I washing my bathroom floor today and it was just moving dirt around. Come to find out it was all clogged up. There is rarely any water in the reservoir after cleaning leaving me to wonder where this water is. I feel I need another vacuum to vac the areas then go over it with the crosswave! Waste of money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to buy this, it sounded to good to be true. But I had bought so many vacuum cleaner floor cleaners, steam mops it was expensive! And time consuming. Washing my floors was a task for sure, and I always felt like I was Washing them with dirty water! Because I was! I caved and bought one! I am so glad I did! It is easy to use, effective, and even better easy to clean up after. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is tired of waiting time and money for mediocre results. If Bissell offered a trade I. Program for switching I'd have multiple machines with all rhe other products I have tried!
Pros: Affordable!, Doesn't take up much space when stored, No worrying about washing with dirty water, Time saving two chores in one!

Need replacement parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked great until it didn't. There are little squeegees that get messed up if you floor tiles aren't perfectly even. But no replacement for them. In fact, except for brushes and filters there are no parts.
