This is a fantastic coffee maker. With the large water tank, it's always ready to be a poor or a cup, whichever you need. Since it's winter, I haven't brewed iced coffee yet. I'm looking forward to trying that.
This is perfect for us. Daily my husband drinks a couple cups a coffee- so the carafe is perfect. I drink warm and cold tea and when guests come over the individual pods are petfect!
I would recommend this to a friend!

As a total coffee maker i have given it 2 stars One the 1 cup side it gets. 7 stars Brewing side i give it a1 stare Heating plate only stays on 2hr, the auto fill has to be set up every day, carafe lid is hinged and is hard to clean, does not have bold option for the brew side, coffee is made to fast to get good flavor I understand stand that it made manly for 1 cub. They should give you all spec and not make their advertising sound like the brew side has all the needed features
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like everything about this maker. My only cons would be that I wish you could make the pot brew X-Hot and the controls could be more simplified.

It does what it is supposed to do, makes coffee, either by the pot (drip) or by the cup (k-cup pods). I also purchased the reusable pods so I can use my own ground coffee instead of k-cups. I dislike throwing away plastic pods into the landfill. I use a zerowater countertop filter for the water. The removal of the TSP’s in tap water reduces the frequency of descaling.
