I was amazed that the 5-pin technology on the single pod side made so much difference. When I bought this brewer I still had my old K-Elite and I brewed 2 cups side by side. The taste was absolutely better from this one! Typically, I brew a pot on weekend mornings or when company comes over. I use the single pods for the weekdays. It works wonderfully well. Highly recommend for those who have different coffee needs at different times -- or for those who like to experiment with different ground coffee blends.
We love all the new features of this coffee maker. We would recommend this product.

Burnt out in under 1 month

Just bought generation two duo and it burnt out in less than one month still waiting for a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My family loves the convenience of the pods but I love ground coffee. I also missed being able to brew a full pot with our old single serve Keurig. This is the best of both worlds and I also appreciate the added feature for iced coffee! Love this machine

I ordered my new brewer on 2/18/25 to replace my old one. Was real hesitant because of some of the reviews. Doesn’t turn off without turning off the clock, can’t turn the hot plate back on etc. I received it on 2/24/25. Glad I didn’t listen to the few bad reviews because it turns out that some people just can’t follow instructions. It does all of that and much more. I love it!!! Auto brew is easy to set up. Single brew is one button start. This thing rocks.
We had the older version of this coffee pot and appreciated the dual options of brewing a pot or a single serving. The newer design is more sleek and the pot doesn't drip when pouring.
I would recommend this to a friend!
