I just want to say, this coffee maker is one of the best that I ever had! So happy with this product. I had the cuisinart. It was alway a problem, in the morning I just don’t have the time for! This one works, does not spit water all over. Pods don’t explode in a mess! What a great little machine. I won’t ever look elsewhere again!! Thank you also for the free coffee pods! I just can’t thank you enough!!

I was amazed that the 5-pin technology on the single pod side made so much difference. When I bought this brewer I still had my old K-Elite and I brewed 2 cups side by side. The taste was absolutely better from this one! Typically, I brew a pot on weekend mornings or when company comes over. I use the single pods for the weekdays. It works wonderfully well. Highly recommend for those who have different coffee needs at different times -- or for those who like to experiment with different ground coffee blends.
We love the improvements to the Gen 2. The glass pot doesn't dribble when pouring into my mug, the clock on the face of the machine (not on the top), the redesigned water tank now easier to remove.....great improvements. Thank you!

Burnt out in under 1 month

Just bought generation two duo and it burnt out in less than one month still waiting for a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My family loves the convenience of the pods but I love ground coffee. I also missed being able to brew a full pot with our old single serve Keurig. This is the best of both worlds and I also appreciate the added feature for iced coffee! Love this machine
