Feels cheap, works great but it feels like really cheap plastic. So far no issues except i did get grounds when i ran water thru the single serve side for the first time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I gave this particular machine to my daughter and she loves it. She came in from gardening and brewed a single chilled brew and just raved about it. Thank you for the versatility.

The water heated for a pot of coffee is not hot enough. You can increase the temperature of water when you brew a pod but not a carafe
