It's been over a week, and I am not happy with this purchase. The coffer pot is too complicated to use. The single pod is fine for useage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 3rd Keurig. My wife complains that there is too much plastic with the pods. So I decided to buy this model that offers a carafe option. My wife brews her coffee by pouring hot water over a filter that drips to her cup. SO MESSY and TIME CONSUMING FOR ONE CUP. My only complaint is that I would like to be able to brew one cup of coffee in the carafe but Keurig says not to. Rather I should use the pod instead for single serve. That’s OK for me as I love the easiness of making no messy coffee for one drink at a time. Other than that , I find the Keurig to be an amazing mechanical engineering design that is so easy to use.

Finally Fast Brew! Instead of waiting for a minute plus - this is near instant brew for K-Cups. Very nice design and stylish. Easy to use - I have had 3 different Keurig Duo Brew Makers and this meets all my expectations - so far my favorite

Love all it does. Only one quirk: we seem to have to set the coffee pot timer daily. And it's hard to override it. Other than that, it's great!

If you like to use your own coffee. You need new specific to this exact brewery, stainless steel k cups. It won't work with the the stainless steel reusable k cups from my old duo non ice coffee maker.

We are enjoying our new K-Duo. The coffee is more flavorful. The display panel is easy to read and easy to follow. Haven't tried yhe Iced Tea pods yet. Looking forward to that...we did order two tumblers for iced products.
