Not made as sturdy.

I’ve owned Keurig coffee makes for 18 years. This one feels cheap and flimsy. It is all thin plastic. The coffee is good but I don’t know how long it will last.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far e are very happy with our purchase. We particularly like the removable water reservoir which makes filling and cleaning easier. If I could add a couple of features, I would like it if the machine had an audible alert when the carafe side is done brewing and I would also like to have the ability to select a longer burner cut off time. Other than these two features the unit is just about perfect. Hope it will last for many years to come.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us about the K-Duo coffee maker. Please note that you can turn the warming plate back on by simply pressing and holding the carafe button for 3 seconds, and it will remain on for another 2 hours. We hope this helps!
We wanted to replace a drip coffeemaker and keurig with one machine. This machine works well. I make a pot in the morning and we can have a cup later in the day whether coffee, coco, or other freshly made hot beverage. We love it

Excitement bubble burst

I was looking forward to getting the sleek duo and minimize my counter. I had wanted one for years and it works nice. The brew pot doesn't make a good cup of coffee like my Cuisinart. It comes out watery. I tried adding extra filters for it to brew slower and extra coffee grounds but it's still not good. The strong function is only for the single brew side. It makes a good cup of single brew. I have to use the extra hot function because by the time I add creamer 2-3tbs to my 10to 12coz cup my coffee is cool. I have to microwave it 30 secs. I haven't had a chance to try the iced function yet. But I really don't like the machine and want to return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice but never received free coffee

This dual coffee maker is nice. Works as advertised. I replaced the very expensive wifi Keurig that kept losing wifi connection. My husband drinks drip coffee and I drink k-cups. This unit was a good option to save counter space. It was advertised to come with 2 free boxes of coffee, which I never received.

Coffer maker

Pot does not seat well. My pot slid out while brewing. Coffee and broken glass everywhere.
