It’s alright. I wish the reservoir were located at the center of the machine between the pot and kcup option, or it had a foldable handle on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Upgrade is an understatement. The coffee comes out so hot that it stays hot all day in the thermos.

We are super delighted with this brewer. In particular we love the aroma of brewing coffee in the morning. Ready when we get up to start the day with a perfect cup of coffee. The single serve pod brewer is likewise quick when you want a to go coffee.
This was a replacement for my old one. It's even better. My kids love the iced coffee feature and I love the ability of having the carafe for big breakfasts and gatherings.
I would recommend this to a friend!
