Like This Machine

So far e are very happy with our purchase. We particularly like the removable water reservoir which makes filling and cleaning easier. If I could add a couple of features, I would like it if the machine had an audible alert when the carafe side is done brewing and I would also like to have the ability to select a longer burner cut off time. Other than these two features the unit is just about perfect. Hope it will last for many years to come.

We wanted to replace a drip coffeemaker and keurig with one machine. This machine works well. I make a pot in the morning and we can have a cup later in the day whether coffee, coco, or other freshly made hot beverage. We love it

Excitement bubble burst

I was looking forward to getting the sleek duo and minimize my counter. I had wanted one for years and it works nice. The brew pot doesn't make a good cup of coffee like my Cuisinart. It comes out watery. I tried adding extra filters for it to brew slower and extra coffee grounds but it's still not good. The strong function is only for the single brew side.
It makes a good cup of single brew. I have to use the extra hot function because by the time I add creamer 2-3tbs to my 10to 12coz cup my coffee is cool. I have to microwave it 30 secs.
I haven't had a chance to try the iced function yet. But I really don't like the machine and want to return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice but never received free coffee

This dual coffee maker is nice. Works as advertised. I replaced the very expensive wifi Keurig that kept losing wifi connection.
My husband drinks drip coffee and I drink k-cups. This unit was a good option to save counter space. It was advertised to come with 2 free boxes of coffee, which I never received.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Coffer maker

Pot does not seat well. My pot slid out while brewing. Coffee and broken glass everywhere.

Most convenient duo coffee maker to date.

Well, the main reason I bought this was because due to health reasons my wife needs to drink Decaf. My Ninja coffee maker made delicious coffee but Decaf does nothing for me so I needed a coffee maker that would easily make both. Ninja does have coffee makes that do pods and a carafe but it’s like one or the other and you have to switch components to brew each one.
Keurig has a line of coffee makers that do both but reviews on them have not been the best until this Duo gen 2 came out. It has all the features I want especially the more advanced multi stream pod coffee maker. It makes a hotter or stronger cup of coffee if you prefer.
The carafe side works well but I have some suggestions for Gen 3. It makes good tasting coffee but not great. I believe my Ninja Coffee maker made better tasting coffee. Probably the temperature of the water and blooming effect that made great tasting coffee. It also takes about 10 minutes to brew 8 cups and even after the hot plate light goes on it still makes gurgling sounds for a few more minutes. Have yet to make a full pot, probably take about 15 minutes. Maybe a beep after it’s done would be nice. The carafe pours very nicely but a bit awkward to rinse out. The large water reservoir is also a big plus. If you’re a regular coffee drinker that wants a pod and carafe coffee maker this should work fine for you. Are there better coffee makers, of course! But for the convenience of a duo coffee maker this works fine.
