I’ve only been using the item for 3 weeks and the surface of the hot plate is wearing. Very disappointed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Actually like the combined unit, except the 1 thing that is a major flaw, in my opinion, is that you cannot brew less than 6 cups of coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well but it didn’t come with a water filter or a reusable pod.
does not heat up cup as much as i thought it would. Even usuing the extra hot button. Also extra needles at top pickup coffee grinds and stop up.

I really had high hopes for this machine as my husband prefers to make a pot of coffee while I prefer to use the single serve pods. However, I prefer my coffee to be hot and this is where the machine falls short. Even though it has an extra hot button for the pod coffee, it doesn’t seem to make any difference. Even the heating tray for the coffee pot does not keep the coffee at a desirable temperature. I also miss the “shot” feature I had on my last Keurig machine. I’m underwhelmed.

I’ve owned Keurig coffee makes for 18 years. This one feels cheap and flimsy. It is all thin plastic. The coffee is good but I don’t know how long it will last.
I would recommend this to a friend!
