We are very happy to hear that you are enjoying the versatility of the K-Duo coffee maker Donna. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Enjoy!
I buy coffee makers for my wife first thing I find out I had go buy the filter from a store! These machines use always come with the filter. Next issue was don’t think your going put your to go cup ( yeti) etc larger size ones I think they made for Keurig to sell cups . Don’t get me wrong it can take a fair size but not designed for those 8-12 hour hot cups that hold 3 pods ! The Kraft side works great! Buttons easy to use! I don’t drink coffee and I was able make her coffee first time without asking very simple. If the filter came with it like old days it would had for fire cotton extra star half but when you buy coffee maker you want it ready to go nit have buy parts!
This is our second Duo, so we obviously like this machine. It would get 5 stars if they hadn’t eliminated the ability to remove the mug stand for taller mugs. A big pain not to have that ability in the Gen 2. Why take functionality away?

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. The drip tray can be removed from your K-Duo Gen 2 brewer by following these simple steps:
1. Grasp the drip tray and gently slide it towards you. 2. Make sure to keep the drip tray level while removing it to avoid spilling any accumulated liquid.
If you ever have any questions about the features of your brewer, please feel free to reach out to our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739 or check the Support page of the Keurig website for the complete Use and Care Guide. We hope this helps!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This K-dou coffee make does a pretty good pot of coffee. That said, it also does a decent single cup. As long as you get a decent pod of coffee. It came with McDonald's pods, and I am not a fan. The Dunkin brand was included as well, and it's just meh. They also included a green flavored tea that lacks flavor. I've found for pods that the Kirkland brands are a great value and taste quite well. For the maker, it has an auto brew function that works only for the pot coffee. I'd like to have seen it function for pods as well on days that I don't need a full pot. Additionally, my previous maker would keep the carafe warm up to 4 hours (adjustable), I think this one only stays warm for a couple hours, and there's no way to change it. It does not include a filter for the drip coffee, but you can find the paper filters just about anywhere . The reusable screen filters are also fairly cheap and found in many places. The location of the water tank in the back is convenient if you have counter space that isn't covered by cabinets. I can't imagine it's easily filled if you have the machine under cabinets. I located mine at the corner of the counter, backed up to the bar so I could remove the lid and fill it from the side without obstructions. All in all, it's not 5 star quality, but it gets the job done and makes a decent coffee.
We like our new K-Duo, he likes hot beverages and I like cold ones so this really fits the bill. We now have just one appliance to serve our beverage needs and it freed up some counter space!
