Bought myself this after Christmas & I have not been disappointed! I love that it can do hot & cold as well as make a pot - & keep it hot! This is what I've been waiting for from Keurig

Purchased this as a 2024 Christmas gift. The first one stopped working, but Keurig sent a brand new one immediately. No hassle! Best coffee maker I have had! I like to make a quick cup during the week, but like having a pot of coffee on the weekend to drink all day long! I had a knock off for the past few years, but nothing compares to a true Keurig machine!

I'm really loving my new K-Duo Gen 2! So far, the Multi-Stream Technology is so much better than the original's single stream. Beverages are tastier and taste more full and robust. I've only used the single-serve Pods so far, but I'm very please with this coffee system so far. Only time will tell....but, hopefully it keeps working well like my 1st Gen did, for quite a few years without any issues whatsoever.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great purchase

Love our duo maker we had an older model but we love the new one even more
Brews well with a couple of significant design issues. While they may sound trivial, they make the brewer frustrating to use. First, it is so light that anytime you use it it slides across the counter and/or tips. Second, there is no power backup for the clock or programming so anytime you lose power, you have to reset the clock and reprogram start time for auto brew. Third, There is apparently no way to turn the pot off other than to unplug it (requiring clock and auto brew reprogramming) so if you do not want to leave the pot heating when you leave, unplugging seems to be the only option. These are real inconveniences that I would not expect from Keurig in this type of brewer. At this point we plan to return it and purchase another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The heating plate will automatically turn on after a carafe brew and stay on for 2 hours. Press and hold the CUPS button for 3 seconds to turn the heating plate off and on. We hope this helps!
I upgraded from an older version of the duo. Major improvement. Really fast and much better coffee
