The “extra hot” and “strong brew” buttons are misleading. They are not connected to the pot/carafe selection, only for the k-cup. My Nija has a strong brew for the pot cycle.

I bought this Keurig a few weeks ago to replace one we have had for many years that was slowly failing. This one is insanely fast! I don’t care for the “cold” option as it doesn’t cool, it just makes a smaller portion. Not sure if that’s what the feature was supposed to do or not to be honest. But I feel like it heats up and brews fast, the pot stays hot all day if you tell it to and the sizing of portions seems pretty accurate. Glad we made the switch!

Nice unit which does double duty. Easy to operate but doesn’t have an off switch. Also the carafe coffee isn’t as hot as we like it. No option on this but there is a hot option on the single serve side. Would be a great added feature. Otherwise very satisfied

Got this because we had a regular coffee maker and wanted to be able to use pods occasionally. The coffee maker doesn’t seem to brew hot enough for our liking and there is no adjustment for this. Also, when the warmer turns off, there’s no way to manually turn it back on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
