Great improvement over previous model

I had purchased the previous DUO model and it was dead out of the box, very disappointing.
When I saw this model on sale, I figured that I should try again. So far I am very pleased with this unit. The features are great, they give me much more control over my brewing.

Water reservoir is in the back so you have to lift it over the coffee maker. Makes a minimum of 6 cups of coffee which isnt always ideal. Its fine. Not great not bad.

Overall it’s a good machine, my only real complaint is that the water isn’t hot enough, even on the kcup side when using the “extra hot” button it’s no difference

Both sides work vey well. The extra hot and strong buttons for the k cup side are very desirable. I just wish they had the same functionality on the pot side
