I have had the Keurig Duo for a while, and wished it was programmable. This is a wonderful upgrade. Love the convenience, and the options this model provides. Very happy I upgraded.

The single serve cups of coffee are not really hot wven when I select Hot before brewing. Also when I brew the carafe, it says to turn tge hot plate off, hold down tge cup icon for 3 seconds. This does not work. I brew my tea in this and do not want the hot plate to stay on but cannot get it off..

I bought one for myself and i love it. Then i bought 3 more for my friends and gave them a Christmas gift early, so they can make Christmas Coffee. They all loved them like I knew they would. My one friend said "I never have to use my Tea Kettle again".

The instructions could be better...the wrong button cited to keep the hot plate on. We figured it out by trial and error. The Strong setting has to be hit with every brew. Other than those cons, it's great.

Really like the design and how easy it is to use. I only wish that the k-cup side could handle a little taller cup, it is too short for many of the travel mugs.
