Brews well with a couple of significant design issues. While they may sound trivial, they make the brewer frustrating to use. First, it is so light that anytime you use it it slides across the counter and/or tips. Second, there is no power backup for the clock or programming so anytime you lose power, you have to reset the clock and reprogram start time for auto brew. Third, There is apparently no way to turn the pot off other than to unplug it (requiring clock and auto brew reprogramming) so if you do not want to leave the pot heating when you leave, unplugging seems to be the only option. These are real inconveniences that I would not expect from Keurig in this type of brewer. At this point we plan to return it and purchase another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The heating plate will automatically turn on after a carafe brew and stay on for 2 hours. Press and hold the CUPS button for 3 seconds to turn the heating plate off and on. We hope this helps!
I upgraded from an older version of the duo. Major improvement. Really fast and much better coffee

Actually like the combined unit, except the 1 thing that is a major flaw, in my opinion, is that you cannot brew less than 6 cups of coffee.

Works well but it didn’t come with a water filter or a reusable pod.
does not heat up cup as much as i thought it would. Even usuing the extra hot button. Also extra needles at top pickup coffee grinds and stop up.
