I love this duo coffee maker. I have a habit of replacing my Keurig every two years to upgrade the model with new features. I would have given this 5 stars, but I don't understand why there is not a 4 cup setting on this model and a few other duo models. Sometimes I want to have a pot of fresh ground coffee instead of a kcup and I can only make the minimum of 6 cups so I am tossing away the rest and using an extra scoop of coffee that I don't need. Also, I wish the water reservoir had a handle like the other duos instead of two lips which makes it hard to maneuver.

Good looking easy to use versatile and practical. I have the old single serve that punches one hole to the k cup and gives good flavor. The single serve on this machine punches 5 holes which gives you coffee that’s more flavorful and aromatic. Level up!

The single serve cups of coffee are not really hot wven when I select Hot before brewing. Also when I brew the carafe, it says to turn tge hot plate off, hold down tge cup icon for 3 seconds. This does not work. I brew my tea in this and do not want the hot plate to stay on but cannot get it off..
