Water reservoir is in the back so you have to lift it over the coffee maker. Makes a minimum of 6 cups of coffee which isnt always ideal. Its fine. Not great not bad.

Both sides work vey well. The extra hot and strong buttons for the k cup side are very desirable. I just wish they had the same functionality on the pot side

Penalized for purchasing more than two coffee make

This is my third coffee brewer from this company and they offer 50% off on pods but only on your first two purchases so I suggest if you need a third don’t go there they don’t honor the 50% off on your third purchase. I guess they don’t want people to buy their product.

Great quality with just small improvements needed

Having the dual k-cups/pot coffee maker has been great, and even just the higher-quality k-cups maker is nice with the large water-reservoir. Only two things I have from keeping it a 5-star is 1) you can't remove the reservoir to fill it because it will mess up the sensor that tells how full it is, and 2) while the reservoir is large, it still almost fully depleats off one pot of coffee so and even bigger one would've been nice.

I really love this coffee maker...only thing is, the coffee isn't as hot as regular makers until it sits on the heating plate a little bit. Other thank that, it's great! There is an xtra hot option for the single brew but not the pot. That would be an improvement.
