Purchased unit because the one I had before stopped working. It lasted 5 years and made so many cups of coffee that it was a no brainer to get another. Works as great as my old one, and the ice coffee feature is awesome feature I didn’t know I was missing. Hope this one last a long time as well.

Single serve side not tall enough to allow many stainless steel tumblers. Carafe doesn't allow bold brewing. Water container odd size, hard to see. Makes a good cup of coffee, quickly.
