I really love this coffee maker...only thing is, the coffee isn't as hot as regular makers until it sits on the heating plate a little bit. Other thank that, it's great! There is an xtra hot option for the single brew but not the pot. That would be an improvement.

Nice features in Slim design to make full pot and K cups. K cups brew good coffee and have a strong feature when you want a boulder cup. I do wish there was one larger size when brewing the K cup. The pot coffee is fair at best and probably would be a much better brew if it was cone Filter shape. I find myself having to use much more coffee with this brewer than my last one to make the same strength and the strong brew feature only works on the K cup, and not on the full pot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Single serve side not tall enough to allow many stainless steel tumblers. Carafe doesn't allow bold brewing. Water container odd size, hard to see. Makes a good cup of coffee, quickly.

Purchased unit because the one I had before stopped working. It lasted 5 years and made so many cups of coffee that it was a no brainer to get another. Works as great as my old one, and the ice coffee feature is awesome feature I didn’t know I was missing. Hope this one last a long time as well.
