Better than I expected. Coffee tastes great when using Kraft.

Coffee pot works great k cup side works as described. Only flaw is trying to turn the warming plate off you have to press and hold the pot button for three seconds and in some cases the brewer tries to rebrew and then you’re stuck with a refill water flashing light

I love ice coffee and this pot does it all. I had purchased the ice coffee-single brew coffee maker a little over a year ago. Unfortunately, it stopped working. I have had many Keurig pots over the years and I’m hoping this one last a long time. I love the simplicity of how it operates.

Our warranty for Keurig brewers is for one year from the date of purchase. Overall, we are happy. The carafe is a different shape than the previous model. We wish they included some paper filters or a reusable/washable filter. The same can be said for the water reserve....they don't give you the filter that is needed or the charcoal pod(s). Coffee brews faster and is hotter. Setup was fairly easy we shall see how things go.
