Both K cup and Drip technology in this machine was well thought out. The k cups have a very rich full taste unlike the older machines. The drip part is also very flavorful. The options allow everyone to make a brew that fits their taste. I highly recommend this machine.

My other duo had a mind of its own. You never know how much coffee it would make. Ask for 6, got 12oz. New duo works great

We bought this coffee maker several weeks ago and we love it! Iced coffee and teas are prepared perfectly! Also, the design is very sleek.

The best Keurig We've had to date.

We've had the Duo for a couple of months or so. I believe it's our 6th one over the last many years. I thought I'd miss the "smart" features of our last machine with its programmability, but don't at all. Coffee comes out hotter and stronger than previous units and appears the pump may be more robust as it seems to pump stronger and faster.
We primarily use the single serve side, but it's nice to have the multi cup option which we use a couple times a week or so. We bought a permanent filter for the carafe side and the jury is still out on that,
I rate the performance 5 star, but the value down based on the requirement to purchase additional coffee with an auto order to get the better price.

This is my first time ever owning a Keurig and wow am I so happy I bought it. I’ve used all functions and I’m so glad with the outcome. I live in New England so ice coffee isn’t really a bother to me when it’s winter. I’m so happy I can make my own and how I want it without having to my house. I can also make refreshers as well. I can’t wait till summer comes.
