1 side quit working after 3 weeks

I received this item little bit before christmas and the one side already quit working. Called for a replacement and they said they r out of them and would send when they had them. Which makes it worse on us. We now have pretty much a coffee maker that doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Keurig coffee makers, this is our second keurig, we had our first one for since 2012. It was time for an upgrade the duo keurig is awesome I can make a carfe or a single cup. I can make the coffee Xtra hot and strong. I highly recommend keurig brewers they have many different ones that you can choose the best fit for you.
