Overall a good product. But has the following issues.
Coffee could be hotter.
The single cup "My K Cup" 3 piece system for grinds is a little annoying. If the lid isn't screwed on perfectly, you get coffee grinds pouring out and go into your cup. Wish you made a 1 piece system with a simple flip top.

Perfect for Coffee Lovers: Fresh Brew and Improved

I received this coffee maker as a Christmas gift, and as a coffee lover, I couldn't be happier. I’ve always preferred the taste of freshly brewed coffee over K-Cups, and this machine delivers excellent pots of brewed coffee. Surprisingly, the K-Cups taste better with this model as well! The machine is incredibly easy to use, which is important to someone who doesn't like having to learn how to use something new.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great k cup terrible and I mean Terrible carafe

The carafe side i should known a company makes it profit from k cups would not make it the carafe side user friendly. Warming plate only stays on for 2hr hr you have to reset auto brew every night the carafe can not go into the dishwasher no bold settings on the crafafe side the lip on

I’ll start that this may be a great solution for others, but it isn’t working for me. I’m disappointed with the “quality” of the product, because at the price point, I had expectations of more substantial parts. This unit is best described as having a “chintzy” feel. However, my biggest complaint is the warming plate 2 hour hold time for the pot warmer. This device replaces a Cuisinart dual brewing unit (with grinder) and that unit had a 4 hour warmer which better fit our household needs for the morning based on wake up times. Generally, we start the day with a pot of ground beans brewed then transition to K-Cups through the day/evening. So, this unit fits part of our needs but I’m not completely sold on the value. I wish the warmer time had been shared in the description which would have driven me to select a K-Cup only option and complimented with a drip brewer more aligned to my specific needs and quality expectations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
