does not heat up cup as much as i thought it would. Even usuing the extra hot button. Also extra needles at top pickup coffee grinds and stop up.

Loving it so far. Our 2nd Keurig with carafe and kpod. Used every day! Have not tried iced coffee as it's wintry now.
A welcome improvement: easier to handle water reservoir, thank you!
Improvement suggestion for next time: reservoir on the side so don't have to pull out the Keurig all the time to refill.

I bought this when my Cusinart started leaking. I love that there’s just one water tank and you can choose a six cup carafe or eight etc. Also the the hot n cold K Cup feature. Awesome machine!
