It's been over a week, and I am not happy with this purchase. The coffer pot is too complicated to use. The single pod is fine for useage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it. We've had it for about 4 days and we have tried all of the options and everything works better than we expected! The iced coffee option is amazing, not watered down at all.

Bought for my son and his wife for Xmas- they wanted a single brewer not also the option to use the bags of grounds they received! They love it, lots of little options available on the single brew too- xtra hot, stronger - sizes!

So far we love this coffee maker. We almost passed it up because our first generation duo only lasted a little less than 3 years and that was a free replacement. Our very first one lasted just a few months. But we like the Keurig brand and the duo has a smaller footprint. Plus it sits on the sliding pod tray under our cabinets. This new 2nd generation makes hotter coffee and it stays hot. Another improvement is the carafe. It does not leak/drip like the previous style. Great improvement all around!
